70 Country Report: Data Visualization

This data source is a chart. I chose to use chart to present the daily increase of the epidemic in Hong Kong, because I think it can clearly show the trend of the rapid increase in a week ago of the epidemic in Hong Kong. Compared with table and map, this chart highlights the daily growth trend of case. We can clearly see that the daily number of COVID-19 cases in Hong Kong has gradually increased since the end of January, and the daily new confirmed COVID cases have surged since mid-February and last til this Friday on March 4th, 2022, at around 45,000 cases.
