Intellectual Property Ownership Notice

Students will not own any rights, title, or interests in inventions developed as part of this course. Per The Ohio State University Intellectual Property University Policy (rev. 4-15-2018), all rights, titles, and interests in inventions created during or as a direct result of this class are the sole property of The Ohio State University. Students may request a reassignment of the rights from the Technology Commercialization Office.
