About the Authors
Camilla Curren MD
Dr. Curren specializes in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She is ranked in the top 10 percent of physicians in the nation for patient satisfaction, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and in “Best Doctors in America” for many years. She currently serves as Director of Longitudinal Groups, the doctoring course for the LSI Curriculum at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
Laurie Belknap DO
As a primary care physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Dr. Belknap specializes in family medicine and her special interest is serving the health care needs of women and children. She has received the Family Medicine Department Excellence in Teaching Award for work in medical student education in 2013. She is researching the development of innovative educational methods and technological advances for our medical student learners. She currently serves as faculty for the LSI Curriculum at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
Leon McDougle MD MPH
Dr. McDougle is a Professor of Family Medicine. He serves as Chief Diversity Officer for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
